However, finding the perfect place to store your precious belongings is even more hectic. Therefore I'd like to take the time to recognize Braulio for his exceptional service and professionalism. This young man, is very helpful and made me feel as ease while at high levels of stress. He made sure that I selected not one appropriate storage but two, while being so understanding of my needs. He toured me around like a rock star and showed everything he had available ensuring my needs were met. We closed the deal, however with this said he has maintained that same kind heartedness that he had at our our initial approach throughout my initiation of my storage rental. Kudos to him and Jacky whom also has what we call exceptional service in the retail space. Jacky is also very professional and very kind hearted, which to me means alot being an expert at servicing customers myself. Game recognizes game. Kudos to you both. I had multiple questions and he happily answered each one. Nowadays, customer service seems nonexistent but Braulio without a doubt exceeded all my expectations. Keep up the amazing work!
