This review is for the location on Mission in Alhambra,Ca. Jackie and Jeremy are absolutely the best employees I've ever encountered in this type of business. After getting in over my head with a storage unit I won at auction, they went above and beyond to help me out with the mess I got myself into.
I had to rent myself a smaller unit to hold the items I couldn't take. They helped me out with getting a unit in the same building so my transfer was easier than taking everything out of the main building into an outdoor unit. I can not thank both them enough. As someone who works with customers face-to-face, they really took the time and care to help me out and that is something of highly value in my book. You don't get workers like that anymore.

There are various storage companies in Los Angeles that can accommodate anyone, the difference with extra space storage is having the absolute best and most well mannered staff, Ms. Jackie in particular has the intelligent and emotional refinement to put you at ease and treat you with impeccable care when you are going through the most stressful times in life. Jackie is an asset to this company, she handles her work professionally and her clients respectfully, the extra space is a great storage place, but Jackie is the very heart of this location, I am honored to have her in this time of life and it seems that anyone who sees her is immediately happier for that. Ms. Jackie has potential for so much more within the ranks of this company, hopefully someone recognizes her should the desire for growth of the company is important. in all honesty, I recently adjusted my storage needs within extra space and the only reason I didn’t use the services of another company was because of Jackie herself, I think that sums it up.
