We have had a great experience with the Extra Space Storage in Alameda. We’ve been using the storage space over 2 years. The building is kept very clean and the staff is around all the time during office hours. We have found Monica to be very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

From my initial phone, call to meeting Riley at the customer service desk at location… This was bar none the best experience I’ve ever had with a storage company. And I’ve had experiences in San Francisco, Berkeley, Emeryville, Alameda, Washington state.
