I am beyond amazed at the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, especially Monica. She was very helpful during move in. I filled out some things incorrectly and the process to change them was fairly smooth. If there were any issues, she was more than happy to help.
The other day, my boyfriend accidentally left boxes in the loading bay. We thought they would be gone for sure, but when we called a couple days later, Monica went out of her way to help rectify the situation. She went through the camera footage to see what specifically happened. Instead of just dismissing us, she went above and beyond to find them, and she did!!
We are so greatful and are fully confident in their services. Highly recommend!!!!

I highly recommend Monica for any help.
Today she helped me pay for my daughter's storage unit. She was patient with me, made the experience easy, simple, Positive Vibes, good communicator. I recommend talking with her, she is professional a good listener authentic big hearted and actually cares for others. A good hearted authentic Awesome human is rare these day.
