  Ms. Tami fixed us up with a great smile and a charming personality. She is a force of nature! We even got a ride in the electric golf cart. Sherlyn is very knowledgeable and helpful.

  Mateus is excellent. Previously at the other alameda location but the manager there was never helpful. First interaction and i already know this location has better energy.

  Rodent HEAVEN! 🐁💩🐀 Renter HELL🤢🤮 I rented a 5 x 15' starting May 2025 after a hectic move, and there was one or more mice in my unit every. single. time. I went there. The worst part is how unapologetic the staff and manager are ...about that, and apparently according to other people I've talked to in the community including respected business owners, the staff are unapologetic about everything from pest infestations to crime and burglaries. I echo the sentiments of other people asking how this place has good reviews?!?!? perhaps most of those positive reviews are from 4 to 5 years ago mentioning past managers like Oliver 🤷‍♀️ and the current positive reviews are their friends?! 🤔 Luckily, I rented another much larger unit at Public Storage (PS) on Webster around the same time with a thought that I would put hard goods, sports equipment, less delicate items etc. at extra space storage - and keep my reselling inventory at PS. PS is actually much more expensive and the price increased more ...but in some ways it's been worth it ...because Public Storage is so clean I can leave racks of clothing uncovered in there and now I don't have to worry about mice or any kind of insects. As you would expect from a corporate national storage chain... right??? extra space storage was a hassle dealing with the mouse issue and I was always afraid of finding mice. It was especially disheartening finding live ones squirming around ...or long lost dead decomposed mice. Now that I'm moving, my boxes have the smell of DEATH - like old decaying roadkill. The people are friendly enough on the surface as people running a business should be - though the manager gave me such an attitude about a live mouse I brought to her attention my second to last day there. She spoke to me so condescendingly like I was her employee or something ? ...saying I shouldn't bring the mouse in to the lobby because customers come in. UMM I AM A CUSTOMER AND THOSE MICE WERE LIVING WITH MY BELONGINGS!! what is wrong with them?! the price did go up a lot after 3 months, and I never got a discount of any kind for the vermin,. So with the cost of glue traps... I probably didn't even really save that much with the initial promotional rate. DISAPPOINTED!!!!
