- RHRobin HardeeMay 13, 20261.0On 5/6, bought a Washer (Off the Showroom floor) & Dryer ( Ordered online and was to be delived & installed with in the week). 1st issues - Lowe's does not deliver items you purchase directly from the store apparently, because we had to get it out of the store that day. So my husband made arrangments to get it picked up by a friend at the store and get it to our home. 2nd issues - While my husband was sitting and waiting for our friend to pick up the washer, my husband preceeded to fill out the ONLINE Customer Service survey that we were asked to complete on the service we receive during our purchase. While he was completing the survey, he ended up on some website that scammed him and he ended up buying some $100 Google play gift card. We ended up having to cancel his credit card and getting the $100 gift card credited to his account. 3rd issue, 5/13 Now it's been a week since we ordered the dryer and we have not received it yet. I have called the store and it's at the store, but their installers( not lowes employees) have to call us with their schedule. I asked when will they call, and Lowe's can't tell me that. I paid over $200+ to have the dryer delivered and installed with in the week. Nothting but broken promises. Lowe's there are other stores that sells appliances. I will definately go else where next time. 5/14 Update.... Installer just called and they can't install my dryer until next week on 5/19. Go Home Depot.

I received an order pickup confirmation stating that my order was ready, so I drove 20 minutes to the store to pick it up. When I arrived, I was told my order had been canceled. The most frustrating part was that the item was already sitting in the pickup area with my name on it, but they still refused to give it to me. Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
