I purchased a dishwasher that was supposed to be delivered last Friday it never came no phone call to tell me it was rescheduled I got a text yesterday keep in mind today is August 26th telling me that I'm scheduled to be delivered today August 26th between 11:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m. well needless to say the company contracted to deliver and install that dishwasher showed up at 3:20 p.m. 20 minutes late, no big deal right, the technician knocks on my door doesn't introduce himself doesn't tell me his name and then he's trying to shut the water off under the sink to the dishwasher and doesn't know how to, so I call friend of mine who's a plumber I said he'll be here in 5 minutes do you need me to shut the main water off? And the technician says sorry little English don't understand. Then he couldn't figure out how to shut the water off still called his boss and then said reschedule and he leaves after he drops the washing machine off in my garage I asked him to wait he said no then left, the plumber showed up 3 minutes later went under the sink and shut the water off. Lowe's is hiring inadequate technicians to deliver and install appliances that the technician doesn't know what they're doing even worse they can't speak English, how can he explain to me how that works or anything like that. Absolutely unsatisfactory I can't believe that happened so disappointed in Lowe's @lowes
