  Very responsive. Diagnosis was thorough. Technician explained everything. Sandra, the office manager, was professional, friendly, and truly listened. This company is amazing!

  If I could give them a zero, I would. Problem was to repair relay lights in my refrigerator.The receptionist I spoke to let me know that my insurance does not cover changing a lightbulb…duhhh. I’m not calling for someone to change my lightbulb, I could do that!!!! Nevertheless I made an appointment for a technician to come to the house. The day of appointment we waited the window of 2:00 to 4:00. No one came. I called to see what happened and the receptionist said they called the day before to my PTSD disabled Veteran husband instead of checking with both numbers. The receptionist heard cussing from him and they decided not to follow through with the dispatch and send a technician. The appointment was already made why call again and why not call the other number to make sure they had the correct number???? Don’t waste your time on calling this business for service. I spoke to Mauricio, supposedly the owner of the company and he was of no assistance. He started speaking to me in Spanish. I don’t have PTSD nor am I a disabled Veteran like my husband. Yes , I told him off in Spanish and in English to make sure he got the message loud and clear. Don’t waste your time with this company.

  Repair men did great job. Washer runs smoother and quieter than when new. Maytag washer was 8 years old when transmission went out. Very happy with service. I would recommend Appliance Solutions for any appliance repairs
