  Daniel did 3 room deep clean package I ordered I made and before and after video can’t upload here so I went back and took pictures but Daniel was very nice to me and was always smiling he worked hard and with great professionalism

  The two men who came to my house were very condescending when speaking to me, they spoke poorly of the prev house they cleaned while at my house. One closet door was shut so instead of opening it they just didn’t do that’s side and when I asked them to do the 1 square foot they missed the man stood there and argued with me. I also asked them to wear shoe covers and they put them on for one time and then never wore them again and walked all over my house. Very disappointed.

  This is my second experience using Zerorez and both times have been wonderful. The first time I used them to steam clean all of my carpets and George, the technician, did such a great job. He even got out stains that I thought would be there forever.. This time I used them to clean my tile and my stairs. Owen, the technician, was absolutely phenomenal. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing and even had me check through each phase to make sure I was happy with the cleaning. My tile has never looked better and I will be using Zerorez moving forward for both my tile and carpet needs.

  In addition to having our carpets thoroughly cleaned by Nathaniel, we also had our tile & grout thoroughly cleaned and sealed. What a difference that made! Nathaniel arrived on time, was very professional and explained what he was going to do, and the results of both projects are fantastic!

  Nate and Cayden were very professional and courteous. They explained all aspects of the job. They found a couple of stains and pointed them out to me. Then, they used a stain remover which completely disappeared one of the spots. The other, I had no hope for—hot pink nail polish. It worked pretty well! Just a faint stain now. Zerorez has always been very good at what they do. They make carpets clean, not full of residue. I like that a lot. I highly recommend these two techs. They were awesome!
