  Friendly staff both on the phone and both technicians were friendly, polite, and very customer oriented. One annoyance was I wanted to have the dryer vent cleaned but the receptionist at the time I called for the appointment for both carpet and dryer cleaning said I would have to mention it to the tech to see if he had the equipment with him the day of arrival. Unfortunately due to another service person arriving, I forgot to ask the techs. I don’t know why it couldn’t have been placed on the same “ticket/order” along with the carpet cleaning. Carpet is currently still drying but so far it appears the small dog urine stains have mostly disappeared.

  Zerorez technicians were informative and courteous as they offered the best solution for my needs. They were thorough and answered any questions that were asked. I would use them again for service!

  The Zero Rez tech named Brayden arrived an hour earlier than our scheduled appointment. This was not a problem and he went right to work. He did a great job in less than two hours. He was able to remove some really tough old soda pop stains and the end result was really terrific. We recommend Zero Rez for a great job at a fair price. Thank you.

  Jonathan G showed up today to clean an old chair & a 26 year old carpet! I am amazed how good the carpet looks. He was unable to remove an old ink spot but I didn't expect him to. The chair is better but I didn't have much hope for that!😄 I was planning on replacing the carpet after October but may hang onto it for a little while longer. Just needed it clean for the grandkids to play on during their visit!

  Excellent service! Every step of the way was easy and well communicated. The call service to set up the appointment was thorough and well laid out. They are excellent at communicating every detail of the process. The technician the day of was professional and kind. He was knowledgeable about what my house needed and was excellent with communication. Total bonus he was exceptional with all the furry friends! 10/10 will be return customer!
