Always love visiting the World Market. Acknowledged and greeted upon entry. Always a impressive inventory. We bought some horribly overpriced imported chocolate bars from far away exotic places. We all agreed we should return when able and repeat the experience again.

Store is fine. Ordering experience has been horrific and I still don’t have my item 6 days after it was supposed to arrive. When I call customer service to find out the status I have now been given phone numbers to 4 different companies that may or may not have my item, it’s a rug. No one will take accountability or help. This experience has taken me from a world market shopper to I will never shop here again.
