  Unfortunately, Nava pools was unable to communicate about the work they were performing. They showed up whenever they wanted, without warning. They used my homes resources at liberty without any communication. They left the pool pump on for hours after it was finished draining, never coming back to check on it nor did they communicate with me that I should be present to unplug the machine. They left my hose running for hours two days in a row and garbage on site daily after finishing work. When I pressed for communication they refused to continue the job.

  I waited nearly a year to post this review to see how the surface held up, and the surface is still like new. The two pictures of the full pool are taken nearly a year after the installation. This job was challenging due to a double layer of tiles, one at water level and one above water level. They kept the waterline tiles straight, even though the pool deck declines, so they had to cut the upper layer of tiles all different heights to hide that. The pool is about 540 square feet, roughly 8 feet deep. We chose a plaster with some quartz in it. At first the pool stained the day I refilled it. Those stains have faded. The Palo Verde loves to drop yellow flowers and other leaves like to create stains, but the surface it resilient. It is also smooth and pleasant. The guys were meticulous about not leaving rough spots or improperly smoothed areas. For people doing this for the first time, notice how blue the finished pool is and how white the plaster is. I chose the deep blue specs of quartz to reduce the impression of staining in the future. Overall the pool looks great, a five star job in all respects. Many thanks to Jorge and his family!

  My pool project was part of the Imperial Pools fiasco. Imperial Pools left me with a half -finished pool and 90% of my money gone. I called dozens of companies to get help and very few were willing to help out. When I contacted Nava Pool Platering, Jorge responded right away and even came over to take a look at the pool the same day. He specializes in plastering but gave me some ideas and a recommendation of another company that can get me to the stage where Nava Pool can begin their part of the job. Jorge was very caring and helpful with my situation. He communicated in a timely manner and really went out of his way to help me out after being screwed over by another company. His crew was timely and did great work. When it was time for his company to take over the tile and plastering, the company completed the work in less than two weeks from me notifying them that I was ready for the next phase. I highly recommend Jorge and Nava Pool Plastering. Jorge really cares about people and helped me out in a very bad situation when most companies were not even entertaining the idea of helping. If you want to do business with an honorable business owner, Jorge and Nava Pool Plastering is the place for you.

  They have been jackhammering next door since just after 6am on Saturday. Still going at 8:45am. Went out and spoke to them to let them know this is awfully early to be waking up the neighborhood. They don't care. Hire these guys if you want to make enemies of your neighbors.
