I went like I have so many times to find a signal socket as Lowes sells them that way. Or should I say they did at one time. Looking for a E8 socket. Not only don't they have signal sockets anymore they had zero torques sockets. So much for automotive tools from Lowes. They only want to carry the common tools and referred me to Harbor Freight to find one, Which I did. I guess Lowes having the automotive tools you need no matter what retired when #48 Jimmy Johnson did.

Horrible experience with Lowe's, TWICE!
First time, three years ago with a Refrigerator, and more recently with a washing machine.
Any future appliance purchases will be with Home Depot.

Was pretty disappointed with the promotion happening today, drove out 1/2 an hour due to a promotion giveaway that was supposed to start at 10 only to get there before 10 and they had already given away all the gifts by then. I called corporate customer services and they informed me that the store was NOT following company policy as on the app it states 10am and the store did not follow the companies rules. They were FALSE ADVERTISING. The corporate customer service informed me to return to the store and the manager would honor the giveaway as they did not follow the store policy correctly and I drove half an hour to be on time. (Mind you if they would have informed that the giveaway was earlier I would have shown up earlier). I returned to the store where the assistant manager said there nothing she can do and offered a same day coupon that expired that same day. A joke. Aside from that I asked the Lowe’s assistant manager moving forward if I have to call to ask if they are following the companies policies days of the promotions or doing their own thing. She stated it would be escalated to leadership for the next event to ensure things are done on the correct time. Very disappointing, I’ve been to other Lowe’s and had to wait in line for more than an hour bc they were following company policy and starting at the directed time. This store needs to do better and not waste their customers time, Lowe’s in general needs to do better and communicate appropriately with their stores to ensure they are following policy. Also when the corporate lady had directed me to return and ask for the assistant manager the elder lady that was working customer service in the store was so rude, rude tone, rolled eyes, and was aggressive in asking why did I need the manager and that the cups were gone, I informed the lady that I was directed by corporate that the assistant manager was going to look for me. She was very rude.

I will make sure neither myself or my family EVER shops at this store. Say for almost 45 minutes looking for compression bit for a kitchen sink. Asked 2 people if they could help me and both said "look at the wall" asked a third guy and he said "well look at the chart" after 10 more minutes of looking I gave up and started to the door to just walk out. Ran into the employee who told me to look at the chart and he asks if I found what I needed. "I said "Nope!" He tells me "Go to Ace Hardware" Is this seriously how Lowe's trains their employees? To just ignore customers and when a customer needs assistance to suggest they go somewhere else? Well I'll definitely be taking that employees advice and taking my business elsewhere. 👍
