Worst place ever lie about their return policies and say it post and its not. The employees tell you you have 30days and now you only have 2days to return items. Even if it does not work you are stuck with product you payed for and is broken. Will never shop here and be sure to tell everyone as well to never go to this stealing business. They only want your money they do not care if their products work or not.

Do yourself a favor. Go to Home Depot. Also don’t do the installation. It’s a joke and a waste of money. You schedule for the delivery and install on same day but then the told after that we need to now schedule the Installation. Love that.
And good luck getting anyone on the phone becuase everything is an automated service. Helpful hit. Hit zero as many times as possible.

Went in an hour before they closed to pickup 16, 16 ft decking boards. Approached the lumber checkouts only to be told by 2 guys playing on their phones that the registers are closed. I explained to them that the bay door is over here and if I drive these boards down to the self checkout I will knock over all the displays. He said that he couldn't help us down there. So I preceded to knock over 3 displays trying to navigate the boards through their tight walk way. Not one person asked if we needed help or made an exception to help us. First and last time buying at Lowes, and to top it off I'm a Lowes Pro member. I would rather deal with some bent boards from Home Depot then scrappy service from here. I will not be back. 👎👎

Before making a purchase in-store, I recommend comparing the in-store price with the online price.
We purchased appliances in-store and chose 2-day delivery to save a little money over next-day delivery. After getting home, we checked Lowe's website and discovered that ordering online was actually $20 cheaper and included next-day delivery. That was frustrating and didn't make much sense.
We returned to the store to see if customer service could adjust the order, but they weren't able to update it. The only solution was to cancel the original purchase, process a refund, and place a brand-new order online.
I do want to recognize Onnie in customer service. He was professional, polite, and did everything he could to help us. If my review were based solely on his service, it would easily be 5 stars.
Unfortunately, another employee, Billie, came across as rude and visibly annoyed during the interaction. Customer service goes a long way, especially when customers are already dealing with a frustrating situation.
Overall, I think Lowe's should do a better job of keeping its online and in-store pricing and delivery options consistent. My experience averages out to about 2.5 stars: 5 stars for Onnie, 0 stars for the pricing inconsistency, Billie and overall experience.

I ordered a dishwasher from Lowe’s, and it took more than two weeks just to arrive at the store. I paid for Lowe’s delivery and installation service, and on the day of installation the app showed that the dishwasher had been picked up by the installer. The day before, I received a call with three different delivery timeframes, which should have been a warning sign.
The installer never showed up. I called and texted the number provided and received no response. When I contacted Lowe’s delivery support, I was told that the delivery company doesn’t know where my dishwasher is. The only resolution offered was that an investigation would be opened and I would receive an update within five business days.
It’s incredibly frustrating to wait weeks for an appliance, take time out of my day for a scheduled installation, and then be told that no one knows where the dishwasher is. This experience has been disorganized and disappointing. I expected much better communication and accountability from Lowe’s and its delivery partners.
