They were very careful not to damage threshold at entry, very polite and professional. Daniel explained operation and settings to us and answered all questions. This Lowe’s is so far away from my house but the staff seem friendly and the customer service was excellent. There is a Lowe’s closer but their customer service is found as “weighed, measured, and found wanting.” If you have a choice drive the extra 20 min out of your way each way to visit this store for customer service vs the one on speedway. Worth the extra hour and gas you will spend.

I first asked an associate for help, but he didn’t know what a vacuum belt was. I then asked if he would like me to find someone else who could help, and he said yes. It took me several minutes to find another associate, Matt.
When I asked Matt about the items I needed, his only response was to tell me to go online. He didn’t offer any replacement options that were available in the store. I was also looking for replacement options for my sliding door and asked if they carried curtains for sliding doors size ( I Had the size). Again, he simply said, “We don’t carry the size here. Go online.” He never made any effort to help me find alternatives.
It was also very difficult to find an associate. I spent about 30 minutes walking around the vacuum section trying to get assistance. Fortunately, I eventually found AlexT, who was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed.

Whoever is in charge of quality control for customer goods that are assembled should be promptly fired.
Wife and I picked up a toolbox because of the father's day sale that was going on. Picked the toolbox up today, whoever assembled it didn't install the nuts onto the bolts that attach the castor wheels to the toolbox, so after being jostled on its walk home from the car, the toolbox toppled forward in such a way that it almost injured my wife who was on the side of the faulty wheel. Luckily, it didn't end up hurting her.
This store is going to have serious liability problems in the future if you don't address the issue with people not doing their jobs.
*6/27/26 Addendum: Lowe's was cool and fixed their mistake by getting us the missing parts fairly quickly, and they were easy to work with about that. Still not a fan of a toolbox almost being dropped on my wife because somebody didn't bother to make sure they bolted everything down properly.

Extremely disappointed on a return. I bought something to cut Lvp that was $195. The first box was missing the handle so I obviously couldn’t even use it. They allowed me to replace it with a 2nd one, no problem. After my 1st use, the whole base was bending as I was cutting the board. I felt that it was unsafe to continue using it. I tried to bring it back and they were unwilling to allow the return because they said I already returned the one that was missing the handle. This store has completely lost my business.
