  These days it is difficult to find a competent service-related company. Leslie's Pentair tech, Eric, who came to my home and fixed my sand filter, was not only knowledgeable, but highly trained. That is a rare gem to find in today's GenZ environment. Thank you Eric!

  Every time I go to the store to get my "free" water test, the machine is broken. Either fix the machine or replace it, or lose all your customers. The last 6 times I've gone in, it's out of order. I'll be buying my pool supplies elsewhere from now on!

  Great customer service and very helpful. Robby knows his stuff, cares about customers, and helps to find a solution. If you are lucky to have Robby help you, he is great. Even though this isn't the closest Leslie's, it's the one I'll go to!

  I went in for water tests and shock two weeks Ago. The recommendation was the bucket of their product power powder granular. I put it in and instantly got very cloudy water. After 3 days it cleared up. I had gone and asked 48 hours after it was initially added and they said it was shock killing algae etc. I decided to wait even though they were suggesting another one of their expensive priced chemicals. I retested the water after it cleared up and it had low chlorine, so I added more, boom more cloudy water. Then after it clears I try to scrub the side and bottom and all this cloudy stuff kicked up off the bottom. I let it settle again, now 9 days of 11 I've had cloudy water. Then I decided to try and vacuum up the stuff after I backwash my filter. But it's not being filtered by my sand filter, and my pool clouds back up. I went in with the bucket of shock, and they said they don't take returns. This is their product they told me to switch to and use, and now they won't take responsibility for their bad suggestions, and the clerk didn't give a crap when I said I wouldn't be back. I'm out $200, and pretty upset that I can't really feel comfortable having people over to use my pool. I've been going there for a while for pool stuff, even though I know their prices are high, but they used to have a super stellar manager, who was worth the extra because of the service, but she's gone now. I'll be taking my business to Costco where the accept responsibility for their products.
