  I highly recommend Lazy Boy for the Most Comfortable chairs and other furniture and room decor. I walked into Lazy-Boy with the goal of finding comfortable reclining chairs and maybe decorating the living room the chairs would be in. I met Trystin C. at the door. She was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I explained to her my needs. She found the Chair I bought in less than 5 minutes. She showed me others, but I was set on the first one I saw. I then explained I wanted to use the Lazy Boy Interior Designer (Jennifer M.) to complete my living room. Jenn was also very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I wasn't completely satisfied with the setup of the furniture by the delivery guys even though they tried but they were pressed for time with a day’s worth of deliveries ahead of them. I told Trystin/Jenn and Jenn came out to my house with a floor tech to adjust my furniture location to my liking. I highly recommend Lazy Boy for furniture (they have other furniture other than recliners) AND their Interior Designing Skills.

  Trystin at the Ina Road location was very helpful and I recommend her highly. She was very knowledgeable and patient in guiding me in my selection of the right chair for me. My Brooks Power Wall Recliner is the first chair that has fit me perfectly and gives me the proper support I need!
