- JHjohn HOOPSAug 14, 20261.0Furniture is junk .no more lifetime warranty..not even a year warranty.they don’t back up their product.check the wood the furniture is made out of..it’s practically ply wood.the metal for the recliners are thin and cheap metal which bends easy.the cushions wear out fast and they don’t restuff them..lazy boy is horrible.go to any furniture store and get the same quality for way cheaper.they are banking on the name.and the name is junk now.

Over the years we have found there quality is outstanding outlasting other furniture makes by many years for which we paid much more. Nancy was our sales associate and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to fit my son and wife into the right chair and even pointed out some sale items we missed in our search. She also offered us water as its over a hundred here! The new furniture looks great in their home and I know it will last a long time! Thanks Nancy!
