The staff has been phenomenal…I was taught how to use the locks as they were new to me, I loaded my unit after office hours and thought I was good but early next morning I received a call advising my unit was not locked properly so I went in right away and sure enough although I had locked unit I neglected to put the hasp in correct position so I could be opened easily. I was so thankful they make rounds of the facility regularly and caught my error. With only being able to access units from inside facility and the climate control I’m very happy with my storage choice and I don’t worry about my things being safe. Thanks ExtraSpace!
