I haven't stored my belongings yet. However, the interactions I have had with the website, several phone representatives and two local managers have left nothing but satisfaction. In all areas they have been customer oriented. It has been a pleasure even in the pre-rental stage to do business with them.

I’m liking my experience with Extra Space Storage on Old Vail Road so far! Phone reservation is a must as they found me a unit with first month free - all while I was actually headed towards the storage facility…Access to the indoor - temperature controlled - unit couldn’t have been easier! I liked to be able to use the app to open the gate and drive right in without having to leave the comfort of my car on a super hot day! Cade, the manager, was very friendly and helpful! I totally recommend using this facility!
