  If I could give 0 stars I would, please run as far and fast as you can away from this company. TLDR: premises is not very secure, price increases are an insane cash grab where they give you the option to move your stuff to a unit down the hall every few months if you want a lower or more reasonable price. Keep reading for details about my 3 year experience. The good: the staff here is great Sage and Dana have always been super helpful, the AC is nice, it's always clean and never saw any evidence of leaks or bugs. The bad: The company as a whole is a total cash grab, I had to move 3 times literally down the hall because of price increases. So here's how it works, they give you an online offer usually half the normal rate and in 2 to 3 months it will increase, mine always increased by 90% 100% you call their staff they will request an adjustment which will lower you down maybe 20 to 30 dollars a month from that increased amount. Then in 3 to 5 months you'll get another rate increase which they can sometimes lower but after that you are stuck, your only option is to rent a new unit online to get a new intro rate then start the cycle over again. If you only have a small unit this probably isn't a big deal but I was in the middle of trying to buy a home so I had to have a 15x20 unit to fit everything until I was able to buy a home. Extra space is monopolizing the storage business by building everywhere and buying up small mom and pops businesses so there's no competition. If you can do not give your money to this company the price increases are insane and it should be illegal to do what they do, which is why rent is on a month to month basis, they can charge whatever they want and once you've moved in they know you're not likely to move your stuff out. The building itself is not the most secure, the front sliding doors are always open, you walk by them they open automatically. These should be locked and require a code to get in but staff has told me they leave them open because people will prop them open and its easier to just leave them unlocked then to have to have them fixed from breaking because they were propped open. At one point the front gate was hit by a truck so the gate to get on the premises would open when the wind blew, instead of secure the door with a chain or lock it shut the previous manager just left, so now the outside gate was open to the public and the sliding doors were also not locked due to being broken. That manager no longer works here but it just goes to show that corners are cut and you're valuables are not very secure. If you take anything from this review it should be to seriously consider other options before giving this company any of your money, it is the literally definition of a bait and switch scam, if you don't believe me you will after the first rate increase and the ones that follow.

  When looking for a storage unit after moving from Texas I found extra space which is wonderful facility, Super clean with everything in working order, I spoke to Dana after an issue with losing keys and She was able to assist same day and was very accommodating, friendly and efficient. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can store my possessions here with confidence with knowing how great and attentive the administrative team is. Thank you Again!

  The staff makes everything so easy and they are EXTREMELY helpful! Having my business inventory there was the best decision ive made knowing this specific staff makes everything so harmless to get done. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

  Dana lopes was beyond helpful with us i never knew stores could be so. Easy. It was clean, easy access to all my stuff. Knowing that it will all remain safe. I feel comfortable leaving my items in this storage unit clean safe and easy to use really appreciate lil mommas for helping me and my family out !!

  I am really pleased with my decision to store my belongings here of all the places I have stored things at this was the most reasonable I cannot believe the price it was so incredible and it's climate controlled I paid double what I'm paying now for a non climate controlled storage space and it was half the size. They are very friendly here I didn't even have to have any contact with anybody I did it all online and my keys were waiting for me inside my storage unit and the digital access is awesome as well.
