The man on duty at Fort Lowell location was great. He resolved problems with our initial online effort and achieved our goals in terms of space and cost. We also felt assured that we would be “taken care of” as issues inevitably come up (like sudden price hike). And the space and facility are a major upgrade from where we were parking our trailer.

I had some questions about my rent increase and George was fantastic! He listened to my concerns and was able to lower my rate. He told me it could take him 24 to 48 hours to get back to me but he had an answer for me in less than an hour. I also love that it’s easy to get a real live friendly human on the phone and not have to battle with automated systems that don’t understand what you’re asking for. Thanks George and Extra Space Storage for the outstanding Customer Service!

It's critical to have a place for the things we accumulate. My Daughter chose ESS. When she was relocated out of state, she needed to ensure her storage was efficient to minimize the cost. I, her father, offered to help. Emily and George, at the Fort Lowell unit of ESS in Tucson, went out of their way to find a solution. I downsized the 5X10 unit hoping to fit into a 5X5, and they made suggestions while searching for a 5X5 on the same floor! My Daughter got a smaller unit, at a lower price . . . and, I made some good friends at ESS (Emily and George are the partners you need when securing your stuff at the most economical price!). Thumbs UP to them and ESS!
