Great company. Rudy was so incredibly helpful! My equipment was losing prime and he made sure I understood what was happening, he shower me how, and even came back when i had more trouble with it. He went above and beyond to make sure i was squared away before the weekend!

Make sure you know what you are paying for! And do not assume regular maintenance is included! Get it in writing! We had the weekly chemical service but needed to recently add backwashing because the handle was too hard to turn. This company added $20 to our monthly bill and said they will only do it once a month. This was insufficient especially during monsoon so after cleaning the pool ourselves, we still try to backwash. Over the years and especially this last year, the filter handle that has to be twisted open and then lifted in order to backwash is very stuck and practically impossible to move. So, two weeks ago I couldn’t get it back down and left it open until I could get help from our pool guy on Monday. We called them to get someone sooner and they said they had no one. In the meantime the pool timer accidentally switched it back on and ended up backwashing 7 inches of water out of the pool and a sizable pile of sand from the filter. The pool guy eventually came at his scheduled time and said he couldn’t fix it. Now we are still waiting for them to send a technician capable of dealing with this issue. Our filter most likely broke due to the excess pressure of backwashing too long. We obviously didn’t know it was happening until it was too late. Now here’s why one star. The weekly pool service has been fine as the chemicals are always good and the water stays clear. However, in talking recently to other pool company managers, they say keeping those o-rings in the handle lubricated is east and should have been taken care of by our regular maintenance contract. It has been years since that handle worked easily. Years! This company has been doing our backwashing for months, chemicals for years. Why then were our o-rings practically frozen from lack of maintenance? Why was this not addressed even after we started paying extra for filter work? And why do they also not have qualified people as well as a competent response to this issue that they basically created from poor service? My aging step-father is the account holder and he says he doesn’t even have a written service contract detailing what they do for the over $100/ month he spends. Be careful! I would get their service agreement in writing and only trust this company with chemicals, not maintenance! If you don’t do everything yourself do not trust they are caring for and about your pool!!! When it is all said and done, they are overpriced for what they deliver.

One star is too many. After having our pool water independently tested, we found that the chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and phosphate levels were all outside the recommended ranges. Our pool is cloudy and now we're spending more to fix what we hired AZ Pima Chemical to do. Would not recommend.

So we recently choose them to do our pool chemistry, their communication was abhorrent. They spiked the chlorine level to 25ppm the first week didn't give us the report they had said they would.. ok first week misstep. The next week nope they ran it up to 25ppm again. They want it to be 5ppm when they show up again the next week (this is too high 1-3 is ideal depending on cya levels and where you are in that philosophical debate). I have ran the Taylor test 3 times each time after they showed up because I couldn't believe it I used test strips thinking maybe my Taylor kit was bad the strip that you are supposed to read after 20 seconds was maxed out instantly when touching the water. Here's where it gets worse. They tell my wife it's at 4 ppm. So I call I get cold transferred to a man who talks down to me telling me I'm wrong which makes me MAD and my language goes into union member mode. To which he says you don't have to cuss who the heck are you to tell me how I should communicate my displeasure. And then says speak that way to my face. If I show up the police will be involved. They are probably great if you want a pool that looks good but so toxic bats are actively avoiding my yard. I have a video of my test if I can figure out how to post it
