We did not end up using the services for pest control. The scheduling was a problem, miscommunication between office staff and field staff. Management called, I *thought* it was straightened out, after multiple failed appointments we had our first scheduled. The technician arrives requesting electronic paperwork be signed. The homeowner is responsible for the contract and payments. The technician has to call the supervisor to redo the contract, even though it was the homeowner who booked the company. The company was given my phone number and first name to do the actual scheduling since I live in the home and the homeowner lives out of state. The Supervisor said that the homeowner could sign the contract Electronically, however I would physically have to sign their “welcome letter“ which is an abbreviated version of the contract because it had to be signed in person even though it was also done electronically on a phone. It required assumption of financial responsibility, etc. so both the homeowner and myself explained to the supervisor that she would need to be responsible for signing all of the contracts paperwork, etc. We went round and round about this. They were insisting that I sign. Became incredibly rude and condescending. Speaking to me like I was an idiot. Telling me why would they have her sign if I’m here at the house. Absolutely ridiculous questions. I imagine they also service businesses and don’t require the building owner to be there to sign paperwork. I would imagine the janitor could let them in to provide services. Regardless, their customer phone service was appalling and unprofessional in every way. I would never deal with this company whatsoever.

I sent 3 messages asking the service to happen after 12:00 today becauseI would not be home. They came at 11:00. I have seen crickets and a sewer roach in a bathroom, so I was hoping for an inside service. Very disappointed in the lack of honoring a request!

We just signed with Aptive…we had a small issue with the terms of the contract but our tech worked hard and got everything straightened out. We felt like they valued us and wanted to win us over as a customer. So far we’re happy!

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
