The morning window is between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. yet somehow they show up hours late into the afternoon appointment window. I cant help but wonder how you miss a 4 HOUR window!! Being late to a 4 hour appointment window is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Aptive Pest control has zero regard for your time and doesn't have the respect to call the customer letting them know they're running behind schedule. This has happened on multiple occasions. Do not waste your time on this sorry excuse of a business.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.

A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.

To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
