  It's been more than a month since I paid AFW in full thousands of dollars for furniture I still don't have. They said wait two weeks, and I did. They never called me. When I finally called they said wait two MORE weeks. They never called again. So when I finally called again they said... maybe two MORE weeks. No discount, no guarantee, nobody can ever say with certainty where anything is or when it will arrive. Hours and hours on the phone for more than a month since purchase, zero satisfaction, and zero willingness by AFW to discount one penny of the furniture purchase price. Buyer beware.

  We have purchased from AFW twice within the last 2 weeks. First to purchase a mattress for ourselves and then to get new beds for our children. The sales staff was helpful but not hovering constantly, which I genuinely appreciate! They were always readily available to answer questions and easy to find nearby. The prices were very affordable, we had looked around at other stores as well. The other stores were significantly higher in price. The checkout process both visits was quick and painless. The deliveries for both days were excellent. They called when on their way, they were on time and delivery was so quick! The delivery guys were very kind and professional.

  My wife and I visited this store to shop for living room furniture. We found couches that we liked, found a sales rep, and had a few questions. After the first question, the sales rep replied with a wise-ass reply. I ignored his reply and clarified my question. He gave a reply which led me to believe he was just guessing. He then said, “you’ll probably be more comfortable with a different sales person. Flag down the next one you see.” And then he walked away. I want to thank this guy as he chased us over to Lazy Boy furniture where we found what we needed. So, thank you!

  From start to finish I had a wonderful experience with buying my lift recliner at American Furniture Warehouse. When I walked in the door I saw they had electric scooter for handicapped folks . I was able to use one to get around the store with ease. My salesman was very knowledgeable about the lift chairs I was looking at. The delivery was great as well. They were on time and got my chair set up for me exactly where I wanted it. Both men were very polite. I would recommend American Furniture Warehouse to anyone looking for new furniture.

  Shout out to Phuong and Gabriel at the Marana store! We now have an amazing new mattress that Phuong helped us select and in two days a new recliner courtesy of Gabriel's assistance. No pressure, no memorized sales pitch, just honest friendly service. Thank you for your kindness and attention.
