  One our visit to the Marana store we had the pleasure of meeting Phuong Nguyen, a furnishings consultant. While our visit was just to see what they had, after telling Phuong what we wanted she was able to show us the perfect couch. We did buy it. Phuong is a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable and a really nice person. Any future home furnishing needs we may have we will definitely want to deal with Phuong. Also the store is very nice, clean and no one is pushy. They have a large selection of furniture.

  I recently bought a new house and needed everything. Gabriel V at the store was extremely helpful showed me different products & helped me pick out what I needed. Juan & Nacho came to delivered and set up, they were fast and efficient & very communicated. Highly recommend American furniture Warehouse great prices too.

  The furniture is reasonably priced it's good Furniture the people that they have delivering the furniture is they're always on time they're always friendly they're always very strong and they're always very fast. This is the third set of furniture I've purchased and I have been happy with all of it. Five stars six stars really

  I had a quick pick up at American Home Furnishings today. I was picking up for a friend of the guy made it super easy. When I went out of the warehouse to pick up a few things Ryan and Izzy we're quick to get my truck loaded and tie it down and double check everything. They were clean and professional, and they were fun to chat with.

  Be careful! We purchased a living room sofa and took advantage of the 12 months 0% interest promotion with Concora Credit. We also purchased a living room rug that was on back order and we were promised that it would be delivered within two weeks. Two months later, no rug and no refund on the rug. On a side note, we are enjoying the sofa though. I made my fourth phone call today and they assured me that I would see a credit on my account in 1-2 weeks (not going to hold my breath). I also noticed on my billing statement that Concora charges their customers a $9.95 monthly fee to maintain a line of credit which was not disclosed to me when I made the purchase. I will be closing my credit account (to avoid fees) and will never shop at American Furniture Warehouse again due to their lack of customer service and misrepresentation of their credit program. If you decide to buy here make sure they give you the whole breakdown in pricing and credit options (if needed).
