    Since they had the nerve to delete my comment on yelp a while ago. I wouldn't personally recommend this location based on my visit. There were several issues that made the experience less enjoyable. (Posted prior review but they had it taken down) guess they can't handle the truth about their delivery & damaging the furniture my family bought. All the bosses are incompetent & don't care about the quality or experience just the money.

    Gabriel Valverde excellent customer service we purchased the first and second time also we went back and the same excellent service........also the guys in the warehouse were great ........but the cashiers in the front to pay we were standing there like we were invisible horrible service never asked nothing from them they were to focus on there phones .. but Gabriel decided to do there job and we paid also with him ....no idea why they have cashier there if there goin to ignore the customer....

    Jonathan was awesome and patient with me as and my lady tried every mattress twice and some 3 times lol. He was was very informative on which mattresses we were interested in. It took a minute but we found our perfect mattress.The delivery gentleman were prompt and courteous. I was still sleeping when they arrived. None the less American furniture has been fantastic to me and my family. As this is my second purchase from you guys.

    Why tell the truth when you can just make stuff up. PLEASE SEE UPDATE BELOW. My Wife and I went into the Marana location on Saturday, June 27th, and ordered two mattresses for delivery. One mattress was in the Marana warehouse, the other would be coming from the Gilbert AZ location. We took the delivery date of Monday, June 29th, with the promise both would deliver on the 29th. On the 29th, only one mattress was delivered. I sent an email through the contact us page on AFW website and called the Customer Service Line to get what happened figured out. I received a canned system response that emails would be answered in 48 hours, which has yet to happen. Here is where the absolute nonsense started. I called at 10:10 AM, I was told hold time would be 11:00 minutes, at 10:00 minutes, the call disconnects. I called back at 10:22 AM, held for 12 minutes and spoke with AFW Customer Service Rep I was told that the second mattress that was ordered had been damaged in transit, had a cut on it, and they tried calling me but dialed the wrong number and that they had documented it. I told the agent no such thing ever happened, that it didn’t make sense that they would knowingly call the wrong number, document it, but have all of my contact information still on the bill of sale where they had called and text me about delivery? I asked to speak to a manager, I was informed that supervisors do not take calls (also a lie), I get transferred back to the queue without speaking to a manager. After being put back into the phone queue, I drove back to the store, which is only 5 minutes from where we live, where I provided all this information to someone at the counter (I do not remember the name of the AFW representative who assisted). I told her if she could walk me back to the warehouse and show me this cut mattress, I would go home and wait an additional two days. She researched what happened, and as suspected, the mattress never shipped from the Gilbert location. I would have rated this event a one, but the person who helped at the store on Monday, had to defuse me and the situation and was honest about what happened. AFW Contact Center Management Team Pull the call! Is this type of behavior condoned? Flat out lying to customers when your associates missed something just to get the customer off the phone? This type of behavior is completely unacceptable. The person I spoke with, if they worked at my place of business would be out a job, there is no room for this behavior in business. My wife and I were looking at a $4500 dollar bedroom set, which we had not yet made a final decision on. This experience has me rethinking on where I purchase this set. UPDATE: 7/1/2026 11:41 PST. Within an hour of posting the below, Bowie, the store manager at AFW in Marana called me to discuss the issue further. While it does not take away the below, I am impressed at the speed in which I was contacted after posting my review. Customer Service is everything, people come for price and selection but return because of the experience. My Wife and I will shop the Marana location again in the future.

    We purchased a sectional couch and patio furniture in May. While the Salesperson James was very helpful and knowledgeable it made it easy and enjoyable to buy new furniture. Unfortunately the enjoyable process ended there. The day before our furniture arrived, I received an email confirming the delivery of our furniture it was showing we were only getting 5 of the 10 patio chairs. We called the store to question lake of chairs and was told all 10 chairs were there and would be delivered the next day. When they showed up the next day with the delivery, they only had 3 chairs when we questioned the lake of chairs the delivery driver called the delivery manager and informed us that they were on backorder but as soon as they came in, they would deliver them. I expressed my concern that it would take another month before we received them because we live in Safford Az and they only come out here once a month. They told us they deliver to Safford twice a month and they would make sure that we had them before July 3rd. Today we called and the chairs are in, but they won't deliver them until July 8th because they only come to Safford once a month. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal but one of the main reasons for purchasing the patio furniture was for our 4th of July BBQ. When we asked to refund the delivery fee, they would only refund 150.00 of the 645.00 because they deliverer some of the stuff already. Now we have to drive a 5-hour 300-mile round trip for 150.00 won't even cover the Fuel.
