  I rented a storage unit and Luna went over and explained everything with me, before I signed the paperwork, very good experience. She walked to the storage room with me to make sure it was the right size I needed, and to ensure that this storage unit was the one I wanted. Thank you!

  My wife and I have had the worst customer service with this organization. I am not talking about the front counter though, I’m talking about management or ownership. My wife’s dad had a unit there for a very long time and when he passed away we struggled to get any assistance with paying the bill online, switching the account to her (even though they’ve had his death certificate for months and months)adding an email to the account…again, so we can pay the bill online or even adding me, her husband. We recently moved here finally for a job she received but before that we were trying to handle the situation from our former home over a thousand miles from here. I, her, husband who’s retired had been flying out here for nearly a year trying to help sort out things for her in regards to her dad’s passing. Dealing with this company was all but impossible for me as i was ‘just’ a son in law. She finally months ago, while still out of town before getting the job her flew out with the documentation to fix this and it’s still not fixed. She had to take time off work and get a ticket to fly here to fix it and that didn’t even work!!We are about 5 minutes from getting out of there!!!

  I'd recommend this storage facility & location specifically, to anyone! Very clean & organized. The staff are very helpful & kind. A special thank you to Luna, who made a stressful move-in process incredibly easy and seamless!

  I recently rented a unit at this site and it was a wonderful experience! The units are clean and the staff is great.
