  This storage place is secure and clean. I appreciate the management here constantly looking out for their tenants and how to help any way they can. I recommend this facility 100% and it’s the closest to me as well. If anyone needs storage come here and ask for Luna she is great!

  Changed review from 1 to 4 stars and deleted some of the negative feedback pending resolution of issues. I had a call with off site leadership that went well, and hopefully long term solutions come of it. ----------------------------------------- I want to start by saying that the staff on site is great. The on site manager Luna and her assistant Mateo are very pleasant to work with. I am in and out of my unit very frequently and interact with them often, probably 3x a week or more. They are GREAT and deserve 5/5 stars for their professionalism and helpfulness but this review is for the business/facility and NOT a reflection of the customer facing employees. 2) Price: the increases are too aggressive in both frequency and amount. I want to be locked into a rate long term. My rates have gone up significantly for both my storage unit and my mailbox since I first became a customer a few years ago. Maybe 5 years approximately. 3) Other fees: My origonal contract states that I as the renter have to get my own insurance IF i want it. Well, recently the storage facility enforced a mandatory insurance rule forcing you to buy insurance and if you take no action then they just sell you a policy themselves and add it to your bill against your will. Newer contacts have this requirement built in but it does contradict my oldest contact.
