The order was delivery only and it would be 2-3 days for delivery and I had stressed to her it was my sons birthday and I really needed the gaming console to arrive before his party due to the 2-3 day delivery I thought for sure it wouldn’t arrive before his party but Jesica did her magic and was able to get delivered that same day!! And all of this was done over the phone and it was quick and easy! I will definitely be referring and seriously Jessica you ROCK!!!!!!

I bought a deluxe queen bed, a huge entertainment center, 2 65 inch tvs, 2 recliners, and 2 surround sound systems . I never got a call back. Come to find out i have to sign a paper for that. No one ever told me that. N they're making me look like the bad person. I always make my payment. No communication. When i brought it up to Jesse at the Irvington location. He had nothing to say. Im jsut pay off my tv and never rent there. Nothing but lies.and they try to ignore you situation. Smfh. So unprofessional.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
