Their servicemen came out to do backflow testing and broke the pipe, sent a large invoice to repair then tried billing in excess of the contract that I had with them for almost 7 years. It was previously Next Protection and purchased recently (Rye Barker) which may be why the service is now unethical, egregious and dishonest. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
