I bought a vase a month ago and the quality of it is terrible. I went to see if I could return it and she was very combative. Not very personable and someone that should be in customer service. World market doesn’t guarantee the quality of their products and I would’ve been ok if she was more personable and understanding how disappointed I was in the quality. I was just kind of taken back by How incredibly rude she was.
