David was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I will not hesitate to contact E&J for any future appliance repairs and request David. He is great!
- CMcolleen marottaSep 4, 20261.0Do not recommmend. They just charged 2 trip fees and still an issue with dishwasher. ISsues never resolved. Customer service was not good either. Tried to discuss issue with scheduler and they said it's policy to get the money first.

I can't praise him or the company enough and I highly recommend both. ps. If they recommend the dryer lint cleaning... take them up on it. I couldn't believe how much lint was inside the body of my dryer. Definitely was a safety/fire hazard and I'm glad he asked me about it.

Mission accomplished. Nick , like others we have had from E & J, is a long term employee, well trained, and seems happy in his work. Those are characteristics in short supply in service industries today. A fair price for good service. We will use E & J again.
- RHRobert HuberJul 10, 20265.0After my 25 yr old Whirlpool refrigerator freezer frame was suddenly HOT to touch and the refrigerator section lost cooling, I checked out several YouTube videos, YELP reviews, and the owner video at E & J Appliance Service Company. I sent a problem description and received a timely response within a few hours from the owner (Ernie). Upon calling him, he diagnosed the problem, quoted a flat fee (plus parts), and suggested I place a fan by the condenser. His tip worked great until his service tech (Nick) and the new part arrived together for a single service visit. Everyone I spoke with at E & J was Professional, Responsive and Friendly.
