I do have a grievance with their customer service and their system. They are currently experiencing an issue where you make an appointment but no one is assigned to come to your house. This means I had three separate appointments before I got someone to my house. Also I think their call center is not trained well because each time I call they do not seem to know what they are talking about or they do not understand what I need or have given me wrong information. Example They made an appointment for me and sent me a notice of an appointment. I called them and asked what the appointment was for, they had been to my house three days prior. Turns out they can’t find the contract I signed and they were coming for me to sign it. That day I did work around my house waiting for them to come around the end of the allotted time and no one had come I called them. Turns out they canceled the appointment because they emailed it to me. I was not told it was on line, in an email or that the appointment was canceled.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.

To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
