  The pest controls experts are amazing and always text you when they are on their way so you do not have to wait around all day. They are also very thorough. I do have a grievance with their customer service and their system. They are currently experiencing an issue where you make an appointment but no one is assigned to come to your house. This means I had three separate appointments before I got someone to my house. Also I think their call center is not trained well because each time I call they do not seem to know what they are talking about or they do not understand what I need or have given me wrong information. Example They made an appointment for me and sent me a notice of an appointment. I called them and asked what the appointment was for, they had been to my house three days prior. Turns out they can’t find the contract I signed and they were coming for me to sign it. That day I did work around my house waiting for them to come around the end of the allotted time and no one had come I called them. Turns out they canceled the appointment because they emailed it to me. I was not told it was on line, in an email or that the appointment was canceled.

  The tech showed up on time very very courteous walked a perimeter to excellent care of us We went ahead and upgraded for the mosquito coverage. He is a credit to your firm and we will be sending the CEO an email expressing our gratitude.

  Tech was friendly, on time, answered my questions. Plus, he let me finish letting my dogs outside, before he started.

  Terrible customer service. I got a text message with a random date to come and spay and I responded that that day won’t work and got into a text loop with a robot that would not help in any way and no matter what I tried, no one would help. I work and am not always available and to randomly show up does not work for me. You are locked into a contact that you can’t get out of without paying your way. I am so frustrated with this company I can’t even begin to explain it. Use them at your own risk. I have to endure until I can get out of my contract uggh
