  Worst ran company I have ever had the unpleasant pleasure of doing business with. Run don’t walk away from Aptive. Where to begin? Justin, the sales contact that called me made all the promises in the world to get my business. First concern was that I hadn’t heard of them and was reluctant to use them. Was told “ give us a chance & if not happy you can cancel 100% no fees”. Guess what? I am not happy whatsoever and have to pay to get out! Second, my schedule is limited to afternoon services except for weekends( which they insist on scheduling through the week) and every time they come by at 8am. I inform them again that no access until afternoon, they inform the office, reschedule and reschedule until finally get serviced. Last appointment was a reschedule which I was informed would specifically be after 2pm yet I get a call at what time? You guessed it, 8am. On top of everything else, I have been using them since April (been this way from jump) and have seen more bugs inside and out than before hiring. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT hire these people. Will say anything and do nothing!!

  The reason I changed to this company was they spray the eaves. My other company did not. April was my first service. I had requested monthly service with this company. Did not see them again until June and now they want to come out again in late September. This is every other month. This is not a monthly service. Yet they want to charge me $62 each month. This works to be over $120 for an every other month service. SCAM!!! My previous company charged me $55 and was here on a regular monthly date. Again, this company is a SCAM!! Perhaps they are better at a one hit get rid of my wasp service, but they are not your monthly service company. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

  I normally only leave a review when it's positive but in this case I have to make an exception. Sadly there is no zero star award. My overall experience over a 17 month contract was atrocious. Let me start with some positives to be fair - the techs who visited my properties were courteous, friendly, and professional. And that's the only positives I can honestly mention. As to negatives: I was sold a product that didn't match the description. I was promised area coverage that didn't take place and protection from things like mosquitoes that was woefully lacking. The work that was done wasn't typically satisfactory and effectiveness for clear problems like ants was terrible. Compared to my previous service (that closed), nowhere near on par. Scheduling was a nightmare. They randomly assign days, and an 8 hr period in those days, which doesn't work when you want to be present or have tight scheduling issues. Attempting to reschedule requires more work than it's worth. They have the worst support system ever. I made frequent requests to have management contact me about my multiple concerns and only once after about 6 months, did anyone attempt to reach out, and only then after my threatening to cancel. Today when I attempted to cancel my account I ran into the usual discussions to "make it right" and to delay my efforts. Took 17 min to do a 5 min job (again the call center agent was polite). I reluctantly paid the $199 cancellation fee, which I believe shouldn't have been due given the promise versus the performance but I at least live to my commitments. All-in-all, I would actively encourage anyone considering using their service to get any promises made by the sales person to be line itemed in the contract as, in my experience, the two don't match. And while I doubt they care, I for one won't recommend or ever use them again. Horrendous!
