She was quick to understand our needs and made suggestions that made our decision on which sofa sleeper best worked for us. Tricia was very easy to work with and we never felt any sales pressure to make a quick buying decision. She was very good at guiding us through our decision process.   Glenda (formerly from Glendale) was absolutely fabulous. Answered all the questions that we had, gave us home decor tips and explained additional products and services that Lazy Boy offers that we never knew about. Highly recommend her expertise. Left very content with our recliner purchase to match our newly redone bedroom. Great job Glenda!
