  Great shopping experience! Thank you, Matt. I appreciate no pressure tactics and such patience while I changed my mind many times and asked a lot of questions. It feels good being at home excited about the upcoming delivery of my newest furniture. I will be headed straight back asking for Matt very soon.

  Glenda met me near the door and the shopping awesomeness began! I told her I was looking for a recliner. She literally fitted me to a certain size, which included three different models. She explained all the features and benefits, and encouraged me to sit in each one multiple times. Shw helped me ouck out a fabric, and even offered an in-home consultation. It was one of the best sales experiences I've ever had! Plus, it's made in the USA! Happy almost 100 years La-Z-Boy and thank you, Glenda. I bought the recliner.

  So I have driven by the new Surprise location and finally stopped in to just 'look", I was greeted by Teri at the door and she was so much fun to shop with. She helped me find the perfect recliner that I will be able to relax, read and especially rock in. They have some amazing pieces that I see joining my household in the future.

  Paid an absolute premium for a custom leather reclining sofa and the experience has been a nightmare. We wait 2 months for our couch. Delivery shows up. Couch is already unboxed without protective material on it when they unload it. They roll it in on carpet movers hitting our brand new door frame over and over. They didn’t have booties, after I could only produce one set of booties the guy magically found some. They left the dirty booties on the living room floor for us to clean up afterwards. one guy dripped sweat on the leather which I had to wipe up after they left. They had no idea how to configure the couch and I had to find a photo of how we ordered it. When I asked them to move the couch because it was not centered they got pissed with me. The leather is covered in scratches and scuffs. There’s a cut in the side. The headrest on one has permanent deep indentations from improper shipping/storage. For $15k I expected white glove service. Not temu rent-a-movers. We told the delivery guys we weren’t happy they insisted we needed to sign their form. We also bought a giant mirror that showed up with no packaging and has scratches along the metal. We called the store for help and they treated us like absolute trash. Honestly shocked at the lack of customer service. If you’re looking for a luxury couch, buy from somewhere else like restoration hardware.
