  After searching for months for the denim couch I imagined in my mind—I was one step away from pushing the PAY NOW button on my phone by ordering my dream couch on line and hope for the best outcome. I thought I would make one last attempt to making sure I had exhausted all the possibilities of seeing, touching and possibly even sitting on this dream couch. I went to the new Lazy Boy store located in Surprise, AZ. I was greeted with professionalism, warmth and people who displayed the propensity to listen to what I hoped to achieve in my new home. They had a thorough knowledge of the products they carry and the insight to think a little out of the box. I found my dream couch and with their help my project came to life. They came up with so many great and imaginative options for me to view. I highly recommend this store, these ladies and the products they sell. THANK YOU Nicole, Jamie and Lisa.   Very good sales personnel, helpful and friendly. Disappointed however in the "airline style" add-on pricing for batteries when we purchased battery operated chairs and $99 delivery charge for each chair even when we are within 5 miles of the store.

  Tricia at the La‑Z‑Boy Surprise store was amazing from start to finish. She was so patient with us as we tested out what felt like every chair in the building, changed our minds a hundred times, and debated all the fancy features we thought we wanted. In the end, she helped us land on what we truly needed, and it feels perfect. She never rushed us, never pushed us, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She’s genuinely the best, and when I’m ready for more furniture, she’ll absolutely be the one I go back to.
