- KOKaren Osborne5 days ago5.0As always, clean and well organized. Love the seasonal sales they have.
- JMJosephine MosteroOct 7, 20261.0All the employees are stuck up there.
- CMCody MatsonSep 28, 20261.0Just witnessed two employees (elderly white women in the fall section near the front) raise their voices and act dismissive and disgusted toward a middle-aged Latino man who was simply asking about Christmas decorations. They interrupted him, talked over him, and brushed off his questions as a customer. This happened at 7:06 pm on 9/28. My wife and I felt embarrassed by how he was treated and left immediately. We will not shop here again.
- MCMaria CabralesSep 16, 20261.0First time at Hobby Lobby. They have SO many employees. Every single one of them USELESS. No one knows where nothing is. Minimum effort to help you out. Including manager. 0/10
- LLLuvthesunSep 16, 20261.0Does anyone pay attention to the fact they do not scan your items? They just punch in any random amount! This receipt is a JOKE! I have no idea if anything I bought is even correct! None of their "stickers" they manually enter, even match the numbers on the items I purchased!!! I will NEVER be back here and anyone else who does is a FOOL who enjoys being ripped off! The store was a mess and cluttered and hard to even find anything with all the junk on their floors!!! Enjoy not knowing what you paid for anything with their 40% off everywhere!!! Yet my receipt doesnt reflect that but on ONE item!!! Oh and you will wander all over since nothing on any aisle is marked! When asking employees where something is, they shrug amd say they dont know!!!
