  Great prices,fast delivery, huge selection, and staff that doesn't pester you the entire time. Was very happy with the items I purchased.

  Their one year warranty is not truly a warranty. I bought a brand new table from here that’s already peeling up when i’m using wood safe products and drying right after. Called customer service and there’s nothing they can do. I’ve had similar tables that have lasted me many years without even a scratch. Their furniture quality is garbage and their customer service is the same. Save yourself money and buy your furniture elsewhere. Now i have to replace a table that’s less than a year old.

  Had a great experience at American Furniture Warehouse thanks to Nigel! He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured while shopping for a couch. He took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish. If you’re shopping for furniture, definitely ask for Nigel!

  Went in to look at dining room sets, Zane helped us out and was absolutely amazing. Not pushy at all, really wanted us to truly find what we were looking for. He had amazing customer service and was fun to chat with as well. If you go in, definitely as for Zane!!!

  During our recent visit for a new sofa, we had the ultimate pleasure of working with Zane and Christina. These two people epitomize customer service! Zane was immensely knowledgeable, assisted us in identifying additional similar products we had missed (so many incredible options!), and exhibited extreme patience with us while we spent a considerable time shopping. We feel our purchase was a great value and would highly recommend AFW - with the suggestion to seek out Zane!!
