  Cisco made this experience so amazing. Amazing personality, very personable! Also he has a great eye for decor. We were so grateful he approached us with smiles and simple conversation that didn’t seem like it was forced to get a sale, but just a friendly person who cares about people. Highly recommend for you go see Cisco!

  Bought a sleeper couch a year ago and it was in our 3rd guest bedroom. Never used it and recently we did a feature wall behind the couch. When it was being moved away from the wall we noticed the left-hand and right- hand arms were never fully attached when it was delivered and assembled. I called American Furniture Warehouse and was able to have service come out and they attached the sides. No hassle, no issue and no charge. Great place to buy quality low priced furniture that WILL stand the test of time. Great place to shop for any room in your house.

  Always fun to walk through and check out what's new, what's comfortable and always gotta try the zero gravity massage chairs! Real nice employees, quite shocking nobody was following us or constantly asking if we needed something. Nice to just come look without the extra behind it. The photo gallery wall was very eye catching 😍

  I wouldn have given my review less than one star, but it only had at least one star option. I bought several items from American furniture warehouse. The couch that I purchased less than a year ago has been serviced once, replaced once because of a hole in it when I received it and I am very unsatisfied with it. One of the chairs on the sofa has been making horrible noise while the other one is fine. When I talked to them about this noise it’s making they said it’s perfectly normal for couches to start making noises. I have tried everything to fix it and nothing is fixing it. We are also having electrical issues with the sofa, which was one of the things we had serviced a few months after we had it. I was under the assumption with my warranty. I purchased that there would be no problem having the couch replaced or returned. When I called, they said that it cannot be returned or replaced. I am very unhappy with this purchase and the customer service that I have experienced. I will not purchase another item from America furniture warehouse.
