  They make you work as a cashier and then have the audacity to ask you to "make sure you scanned everything in your cart". Employees are non-existent, it's basically a self help store at this point.

  Was waiting on a friend who may not have parked correctly but didnt exactly expect the garden center police to come out. So worried about your parking instead of realizing they have customers waiting while your out policing parking lot. So I didnt go in and shop. Decided to go elsewhere.

  I have purchased a washer and most recently a Clothes Dryer from the Appliance Dept. I want to thsnk, Lowe's Appliance staff for a very favorable experience. Most recently Carol and the technician who delivered my Dryer went that extra mile in assistance concerning the sale of and instalation of the Dryer. As a result, I have no reservations regarding recommending the Lowes Appiance Dept, it was a very positive experience.

  I first ordered a LG fridge on May 30th, on June 3rd I spoke with a gentleman who told me my fridge would be in show low Lowe’s on Thursday the 4th and that I could pick it up that day or that Friday. I called again Thursday morning just to make sure since I’m in Holbrook and didn’t want to make a drive for nothing, they told me my fridge was not there and that they cannot see any shipping details. The girl had absolutely no idea what she was doing and had me on hold for 20 minutes the first time then when she came back on she said yeah I don’t know when we get where house deliveries but your order isn’t here. I asked to speak with as manager and she placed me on another 25 minute hold then came back on the line saying I can’t speak to a manager and the manager told her what to say. Then the part that is absolutely mind boggling is they cancelled my order and sent the money back to my account ( which takes 3-4 business days to actually receive) and then trying to re charge me?! Now I have to wait even longer to obtain my fridge that I originally paid $600 for. I am not rich and I have 3 kids that have gone without a fridge now for more than a week! I mean who trained these people?? To make a change to an order without the permission of a customer is without a doubt unprofessional and I will never be visiting this specific store ever again and I suggest anyone reading this do the same!!

  ★★★★★☆☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience involving the Pro Desk and appliance department at the Show Low Lowe's location. Prior to purchasing a refrigerator, I specifically confirmed with store personnel on multiple occasions that the exact model I wanted was physically in stock and available for immediate pickup. I explained that I would be traveling from a very rural and remote area and that making the trip would require a significant investment of time, fuel, and expense. Based upon repeated assurances from Lowe's staff, I was informed that the refrigerator would be pulled from inventory, staged, and ready for loading upon my arrival. Relying upon those representations, I purchased the refrigerator and made the several-hour trip to the store. Upon arrival, I was informed that the refrigerator sold to me was actually a display model and that Lowe's was unwilling or unable to release it. Despite the inconvenience caused by the error, management declined to make reasonable accommodations and offered no meaningful solution that addressed the time, expense, and hardship their mistake had created. The result was a completely unnecessary trip involving fuel costs, vehicle wear and tear, lost productivity, and several hours of travel based entirely on information that proved to be inaccurate. Most concerning was the apparent lack of accountability once the error was discovered. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced similar issues with Lowe's. In my experience, commitments made by employees are not always honored, inventory information is not always reliable, and customer accommodations are limited when mistakes occur. As a customer, I find this both frustrating and unprofessional. By contrast, I have consistently received more reliable service, better communication, and a greater commitment to customer satisfaction from Home Depot located nearby. I hope Lowe's management takes steps to improve inventory verification, employee communication, and customer service practices so that other customers—particularly those traveling long distances from rural communities—do not experience the same inconvenience and disappointment.
