  Bill Friese deserves the greatest praise for giving us such an excellent experience! Bill listened to our ideas so well, he incorporated both my husbands and my ideas- sometimes mediating our ideas into a combined vision and he gave us his honest opinion in chair shapes, styles and overall fit into our transitional home! He came to our home and and utilized our time together effectively to measure, review samples he brought, My husband and I both feel truly feel excited and like we both have our objectives met and neither had to sacrifice their wishes. Bill is stellar!

  Our experience was great! Jack was very knowledgeable, showed me possible options, and values. My husband and I really didn’t want to special order but after looking at possibilities found it the best way to go. We feel very confident and comfortable with our selection.

  Had an amazing experience purchasing a custom leather sectional from Woodbridge in Scottsdale with Nicole Bondurant. From start to finish it only took a week. The showroom is beautiful, and the information we got was very helpful to make our final selection. Nicole came over to the house and took measurements and laid out our selection for our room shape and size. The choice of color and texture ended up being perfect for us and our dogs. The Memorial Day sale saved us so much. We couldn’t be happier! Thanks Nicole!

  We purchased a sofa and chairs from the Scottsdale store. After delivery (less than 4 days) we saw a slice in the underskirt which was brought to their attention. With many calls and emails we were sent a replacement skirt which was not the correct fabric. We called, emailed, and texted. We have tried to be patient and are now resorting to Google. So sad to have to get to this point to resolve what should be a regular customer service issue but Lisa and Jennifer, here we are.
