After having a leather person agree it was crap they replaced it. Total of 9 months to get an over priced sofa and the USB never worked. I was promised reimbursement of 10% but the owner said it was 5% which she can't seem to calculate. I finally have an overpriced sofa but had to argue to get the promised discounts. Don't buy anything u have to order and get every promise in writing. Never pay for anything until you inspect it!
