- BBBud Berk3 days ago1.0My experience was not good. I brought my Miele in for servicing and without turning it on, quoted me $212 to fix, including a missing clip. That clip came to $65. I went home because she claimed she had no time till the next day to look at it. Upon getting home, I saw that same clip available direct from Miele, for $15. At that point, since it had been less than 1 hour, I called them back and told them NOT to touch the vacuum. I stopped by the next morning. They did not touch it, but refused to give me back my $50 deposit. I screamed and yelled and eventually got the credit. I will never use them for anything going forward. Bud from Scottsdale

I highly recommend going to Scottsdale Vacuums. I feel I got the right vacuum for my needs. The service was amazing! They also repair vacuums so they can tell you all the pros and cons of each vacuum.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they were so good about keeping me updated and explaining things. They were able to repair my robo vacuum at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.
