  I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received from Lauren at RH. I contacted RH because my Luke Swivel Chair had become bent out of shape. Lauren went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Since my original chair is no longer manufactured, she arranged for not only a replacement chair but also a matching replacement for the second chair so that I would still have a coordinated pair. I was genuinely shocked by the level of care and professionalism she provided. Exceptional customer service seems increasingly rare these days, and Lauren made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. It’s refreshing to see a company stand behind its products and treat its customers with such respect. Thank you, Lauren, and thank you, RH, for providing such an incredible customer experience. You have earned a loyal customer, and I truly appreciate everything you did

  I had another an exceptional delivery experience with Restoration Hardware today, and I cannot say enough good things about Arman and Julian from dispatch and the team at this location - my salesperson Haley Schultz is a ROCK STAR! I had ordered two 72” console tables in different colors — black and brown — so I could compare them in my home and choose the best match. I also had a 60” console table being picked up because, after seeing it side by side with other options, it simply was not the perfect fit. From start to finish, Restoration Hardware has been wonderful to work with, but today’s delivery really took the cake. My delivery team, Arman and Julian, were professional, thoughtful, and incredibly service-minded. They even checked in to see if I was available earlier than expected, which I appreciated. What also stood out is how prepared they were. It was clear that Scott Bondelli and the warehouse/delivery coordination team had communicated the details thoroughly, which allowed Arman and Julian to arrive fully informed and ready to make the delivery go smoothly. I already knew in advance that the black console had some scuffs on the drawer hardware, and RH had kindly agreed to deliver it anyway so I could compare the color options. If the black console had turned out to be the best choice, they were prepared to either order a replacement or offer a discount because of the scuffs. Once the black console was placed in the room, I could tell the color was not right, even though the discount was tempting. Then the brown console was placed, and while the color was closer, something still felt slightly off. I made an offhand comment that I wished the brown console had the darker hardware from the black console, because that one detail might tie the whole room together. That is when Arman completely surprised me. He said, “Ms. Berberian, would you like it if we pulled the black hardware off the black console and swapped it with the hardware from the brown console?” I was floored. I actually asked if that would get them into trouble. He said they were happy to do it, especially since the black hardware was no longer something that could easily be ordered through the warehouse. Since both consoles were sitting there, he thought we might as well try it. The result was perfect. The dark hardware on the brown console looked rich, intentional, and completely pulled the room together. It made the sale. Ironically, the black console also looked significantly better with the lighter hardware, and I would have kept both if I had the space. In the end, I am now enjoying the 72” brown console with dark hardware that was never originally intended for that piece, and I am so grateful. Arman and Julian did far more than deliver furniture — they helped solve a design problem, saved the sale, and made me feel like a truly valued customer. This is exactly the kind of service that makes Restoration Hardware stand apart. Five stars, without hesitation.

  We just started our experience with RH. We came in to pick up some samples and Hailey (who was not our designer...they were out of town) took care of us wonderfully. She was courteous, helpful and very knowledgable. It was a great start to our project.

  We just bought our first set of furniture at RH and love it. We had some hiccups after delivery but we were always taken care of. It is rare for a company to go above and beyond with customer service but RH definitely does it right. A shout out to Shawnti the store lead for being understanding and working hard to make us happy as well as a big thank you to all the associates that helped us along the way.
