  These guys are scammers we did a commercial project 3 years ago which was inspected twice by city and the fire marshall himself for our sprinklers and passed both times.. the landlord uses this company for monthly monitoring and every year you need an inspection.. well this year all of a sudden we didn't pass and now need sprinkler heads moved?? To the tune of 5k and big shock next can do these "repairs" I calling nbc cbs and fox and we all are going to be on tv

  I just don't get it. They have tags all of our building and riser room. However when i called about placement of a Sprinkler i am getting the run around at no end. Supposed to have someone named Steve Young (this guy DOES NOT deliver like the Superbowl champion we all know). We have obvious needs after some changes we made internally years ago and somehow they have never come out to make the change, but somehow we get a new tag every year in our rise room that we are good to go! It would be nice if they do what they say they do, or come out and do what they say they are going to do after you try a number of times to communicate via Email, Text and phone with both the account manager and office--Its sad.

  These Guys Rock! Beyond friendly and always make you feel important. I have never had to chase them on any issue. My system went down on a weekend and they took my call through the emergency line and did everything they could to get my system back up and going. When that didn't work they arranged for a tech to come out the very next business day. I have recommended them to all my friends and family. You get what you pay for with this company.
