We have been client's of NorthStar for nearly two years and couldn't be more pleased with the service they provide. As part time residents in the Valley - peace of mind is very important when we are away. The team at NorthStar provides that , along with pretty much anything that relates to taking care of our home. If you are looking for a company to clean or monitor your property - I highly recommend NorthStar Cleaning & Property Services. Greg Erwin - Scottsdale

We’ve had such a great experience with NorthStar Cleaning & Property Services! They do such a great job, and their attention to detail is what really stands out. Our house feels SO much better after they’ve been here, and they don’t just do a surface-level clean. They really take the time to make sure everything is taken care of. They’re also incredibly communicative and easy to work with, which I appreciate so much. It’s nice knowing I can trust them with our home and that they’ll communicate if anything comes up. I always feel like things are truly taken care of when they leave. Highly recommend NorthStar!

Our family has worked with Brad and Andrea for many years to oversee our property when we’re out of town. They’ve always been professional, courteous, and consistent in their duties. Everything from collecting mail to arranging minor repairs and cleanings - they’ve got you covered. Highly recommend NorthStar Cleaning and Property Services for any second home needs in the Scottsdale area!

We have been using Northstar for over 8 years cleaning and monitoring our home in Scottsdale. The cleaning crew is excellent and do such a thorough job cleaning of the house. We couldn't be happier. Andrea is such a pleasure to work with and does a great job managing the business. She always is able to schedule the services we request to accomodate our schedule. Jim also does a good job monitoring the house. We feel at ease knowing he is looking for problems that need to be addressed when we are not there.

We've relied on NorthStar Cleaning and Property Services for nearly 15 years to clean and perform regular walk-throughs of our Scottsdale second home. Brad and Andrea, the owners, are two of the most dependable, kind, and conscientious people we could have found to help us care for our property when we're away. In all these years, we've never had a single complaint. Their reliability and attention to detail have given us tremendous peace of mind, especially when we're hundreds of miles away. If you're looking for a team you can genuinely trust to care for your home, I highly recommend NorthStar Cleaning and Property Services. After 15 years as customers, we couldn't be happier with the service they've provided.
