  Their customer service is excellent. 100% quality customer service. If they do make a mistake or something is not right, they will take care of you. No one is perfect. I do believe this company cares about its quality and its customers. I would highly recommend giving them a shot for any of your needs. The only reason I will not give them a five star is because, I had an experience here where I hope they learned a lesson. If you even remotely think the quality of your product is not perfect, you fix it right then and there, not later. You don't wait, you don't send your client home to find out. Thank you for fixing the issue promptly.

  If you’re looking for a locksmith in the PHX metro area who respects your time and does solid work - rekeys, safe access, unique keys, whatever - Mercury should be your first call. I’ll be using them again.
