  I’ve been going to Mercury Lock & Safe since I was a teenager, and now at 45 I still won’t go anywhere else. I’ve tried other locksmiths over the years — especially after moving to Mesa — and always ended up coming back here. They are the only locksmith I’ve found that can consistently get every job done, no matter how obscure or difficult the request is. They’ve made keys for older boats when nobody else had the blank, and they’ve cut specialty keys I bought online that other shops couldn’t match. Most importantly, their keys actually work every time. They know what they’re doing, they’re reliable, and they’ve earned my trust for decades. When i realized they were gone from their original location by Safeway and Guido's I was dissappointed- but then my sister let me know that they moved across the street. So glad they are still around.

  Brian installed a very large, heavy vault door for me and did a super job. He’s done door locks, safes, and key duplications for me too. He gives fast service, is very responsive and knowledgeable, and gets the job done right the first time. He’s not the cheapest locksmith out there, but he is the best I’ve ever used and well worth his fees.

  I’ve had consistently great experiences with this locksmith. Always friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Brian went above and beyond to help me with a personal car key copy today, which I really appreciated. Good pricing, fast service, and I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs keys made or locksmith services.

  Many years ago we salvaged a big old door with an original Baldwin lock. The dead bolt never worked and we didn’t have any keys. We figured out that it was the lock cylinder. We were referred to Mercury. 20 minutes later we had a fully functioning lock with new keys. It is vintage but good as new. Friendly. Fast. Smart. Good vibes.

  We were locked out of our safe, combination was correct but safe won’t open. Talked to Brian and he came to our house, checked things out, explained the process and had the safe open within an hour, all without damaging the contents inside. If you’re locked out of safe, give him a call and he’ll fix it. We’re very pleased with his work!
