I have purchased a lot from this North Scottsdale location and had great experiences but this time around I couldn't get any help and there were several workers there. I spent 30 mins in the store for a $6 item. I spent most of the time walking around looking for help. Gary in the front of the store was kind enough to use his personal phone to call someone to meet me on the aisle. After waiting 10 mins no one showed up. I went searching again, only to see 4 workers huddled together laughing. When I approached the group, one of them that I had spotted earlier, walked away. I called him back to help me. He knew nothing about the product. It took a 6th person who walked up to finally be able to answer my question about a sprinkler part.
As I'm leaving the store I was asked it I found everything and I answered "not really." She said she would pass along my complaint but I knew that would do nothing, so I asked for a manager.
After waiting a kid shows up and its the same kid that walked away when I walked up to the group earlier. He was also the one who was called to meet me on the aisle for help.
When I asked why he never showed up he said he was helping another customer, yet when I went searching after waiting for 10 mins, he was found talking to that group and then walking away to the back of the store. No customer in site.
Honestly, he's doing the least amount of work to qualify for a paycheck but when he asked me "what do you want me to do? I can't help two people at once", I realized that Lowes must be in desperate times now, placing someone so useless in that position. He made sure to tell me his name was Jason and he was an assistant manager so I have no problem sharing that information now.
It's really too bad. The store has done well before but the weakest link will always bring everything else down.

One of the worst Customer service and customer handling I have seen in any of the Lowe’s stores I have visited. They promised me that the delivery and Assembly will be done more on a particular date and on the last moment they had no update , no call, no update to the customer and they just said the installer is not available to assemble until after the delivery date. When I called, there was no Value for any customer commitments made by them. One of the worst Customer Sevice experience. They care about their installers rather than customer service and customers who come and spend money in their store. I wish somebody incorporate see how they are handling customers and losing business which they don’t care about losing business

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
