Poor selection for its size and very understaffed. And the Lowe's gift cards are difficult to use. They removed all clerked checkout aisles and replaced them with scan your own, but the scan your own don't take the gift cards. And the best the employee standing next to the self checkout lines could do was suggest I call the number on the back of the card. Thanks bro. I give it two stars and not one because I have found useful things there before and it's a convenient location. More often than not I find myself having to drive further away to Home Depot though. This store could do a lot better.

I have been shopping at this Lowe's every since the day that it opened replacing the K-mart that used to be there and I have never had a problem until today when I tried to bring back a refrigerator water filter unopened and still in the box, and was refused any kind of refund or store credit or anything, why because I no longer have the receipt , wow really Lowe's so what I am just stuck with the stupid thing now that I can not use because my refrigerator went out before I even got a chance to install it wow really Lowe's I am not happy with this at all, the filter is still in the box unopened and completely in tact and I bought it at your store, I mean you can scan it can't you and it will tell you that it was bought at your store I really don't understand what the problem is??

Received inconsistent information at customer service counter. Was given a hard time with return at first, I had to push back to get service. Asked for assistance with and at the swamp Coolers was left waiting over twenty minutes. Finally asked to speak to supervisor who apologized and made things right. Kudos to Sam.

Lowe's has really gone downhill. I used to enjoy that store but there's been so many cutbacks you can scarcely find anyone in the store to help you. They certainly have a large selection of hardware and plants, which is great.. They're phone AI is horrible no matter when or how you ask for a live person it refuses to switch you over and keeps repeating the same menu. I went to have a piece of plywood cut and now they limit you to two cuts per piece of plywood. It took three calls to customer service before anyone showed up at the cutting station. They also jammed the main aisles with so much extra stuff in the middle of the aisle that I could not get my wheelchair cart through them without hitting one in injuring my knee. I will never go there again. Having customer service used to mean something not at Lowe's
