- NMNancy MowryJul 13, 20261.0The morning retail manager (who I saw write his own good review on here lol) recommended the,worst pool cleaning company I've ever had since.1995. ElitePoolz. Stay away! First of all they're not pool operators, dont even have a website. So I could not even do a Yelp review they took an advance of $100 not including chemicals and I saw them on camera barely brushing and skimming pool. And I needed backwashing they never even touched my DE when I said it was in a lidded can. When I bought liquid chlorine from Leslie's they picked it up but didn't even open box and add chlorine lol. We came back from vacation to a very dirty pool that definitely was not just wind. To top it off they with only a few hours notice of their expected arrival say they were no longer coming due to being shortstaffed and we had 2 or,at least 1 more week left. Was it because they were afraid to meet my husband who planned to talk to them lol. Not ever removing this review unless we're refunded. Shame on Leslies for pushing Elitepoolz on you. Last referral from them the guy would would rotate bringing their little children to run around our 9 ft deep end pool. Like we need THAT liability. So sad Leslie's is going around referring pool companies like this and who don't refund you for the portion of unused month!

Ed the manager always takes the time to explain and help with any questions and has the best advice. Ed keeps store neat and tidy and always does a phenomenal job with anything I’ve ever needed which is why I drive further from my closest store to go to this store specifically!
