  I write because the selection at Ferguson's is great, the pricing was excellent, but far more importantly, the customer service was fantastic. Chelsea helped my wife and me, and she was amazing. Chelsea was so giving of her time, so knowledgeable, and so helpful -- she made buying kitchen hardware for a house remodel, which can easily feel like an ordeal, a real pleasure. if you have the chance to work with her, by all means do it.

  My experience with this company in person and online was among the worst I’ve experienced. They have a beautiful showroom but the return policies and even getting a greeting when you walk in are pretty much non existent. Be prepared to do lots of work on your own to get a return processed. They make it last several weeks, even though they have the product back as they don’t consider it “back” until it goes all the way back to the warehouse. The customer service rep reached out to me to help and then completely ignored all my emails back about the issue. I had thought very highly of Ferguson until this experience.

  The customer service here really sucks (I see many others have had the same experience, unfortunately). I've done a decent amount of business with Ferguson over the years in another state, but this location is awful. I've been ghosted by the salesperson when trying to place an order. Phone calls and emails are not returned. I tried calling the store to talk to someone else, but they don't answer the phone or return calls, either. I can only presume this is because I was only going to spend $1500 on this order, and they don't have time for that. Smaller orders over the years add up, Ferguson. You won't get any more smaller orders from me, and you sure won't get my business when it's time for big orders. Don't waste your time with this place. You can find better service and prices elsewhere.

  I should have read the reviews of this location before going into the store. A one star is generous for this place. We went in to find a sink and faucet for our kitchen remodel and was promptly given the cold shoulder by the receptionist and any sales consultant around. Everyone was “busy” or waiting for their designer friends to show up. We asked to see color samples of the sink we found on our own and was provided the color sample book. When we asked if we could borrow a couple samples to go next door to compare to the slabs we’re buying for countertops, the receptionist quickly said “absolutely not! People take them and never return them.” We’ve spent over $20,000 with Ferguson last year and are not about to steal their samples and we won’t spend another penny with them. We had to shop using a photo of the slabs instead. This location is abysmal. Do yourself a favor and shop at AZ Central. Their customer service is amazing.

  This place is a joke when it comes to customer service. I asked the redhead at the front desk for help on an item I was interested in buying.She looked at me like I was crazy, and said-well I might help you. And then turned and looked back at her computer as if I was never there! Other employees sitting at their desk scrolling on their phones. We’re taking our business somewhere else who appreciates it!
