I am absolutely thrilled to give this review! My experience has been off the charts.
Meeting Derek was truly a Godsend. I had never needed to rent storage before, and I was honestly a little overwhelmed by the process. Derek made the entire experience comfortable and easy. He is knowledgeable, personable, and professional, with a terrific attitude. He truly knows his business!
Without meeting Derek, I’m not sure I would have felt comfortable signing on the dotted line. He genuinely had my best interests at heart, and I felt that throughout our time together. Even after I signed up, he personally followed up with me to make sure everything was going well.
That is exceptional customer service, which is not easy to find these days! Derek went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
All-out, hands down—5 stars! I highly recommend Derek to anyone looking for storage.

Such a nice storage facility! Clean, bright, air-conditioned. Super convienant in and out process, plenty of carts to assist in moving your things. Derrick the manager was extremely helpful and helped us upgrade pur unit.
