This facility was immaculate and the support in the front office was exceptional. I dealt with 3-4 different contacts over the course of 3 years and all were very customer service oriented. The hours were a little limited for the office but I felt safe. going after hours (even late at night). The accessibility was seamless and the restrooms were spotless. The only challenge was the wifi service and the increased monthly payment from time to time. The increase was pretty steep, but it seems that is across all storage units in the country. I especially appreciated the help when I closed out my Unit from Monica. I would highly recommend this facility.
