Trash. They purchased the last storage rental and started increasing the rate rapidly. I started at $140 a month and in 2 years increased it to $340. Should be illegal. I’ll be leaving this place and leaving 5 reviews to warn others of this robbery.

Regarding the Extra Space Storage facility located off E Jomax Rd, N Scottsdale. The facility is spotless/clean and well maintained, as you would expect from this company. Pricing is fair and transparent - a good value for the money.
But what really makes this facility stand out of a crowd is the customer service. I’ve never written a review for a business before but after working with the following team members; Storm & Jillian - their work and demeanor is certainly above most I’ve come across, and for them to go the extra mile to get me settled in a storage unit - they certainly deserve a note of recognition. They are a delight to work with.
Goes beyond the stars - out of five stars, I give them six!

The representative (Storm) was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She explained the fee schedule, refunds for unused rental months, and how to extend the stay (if needed). I have not seen the rental space yet, but I anticipate a good experience just from the initial phone call.
