- DEDee EmOct 5, 20261.0Presented receipt and because they “couldn’t find it in their system” was only issued store credit. Updated 10/14/26 : Their customer service team emailed me back to say that per their return policy, if they can’t find it in their system, they will issue store credit - so keep that in mind when shopping at this store that basically if they so choose to, they won’t give you your money back.
