  Really Great Customer service!! Jessica was so helpful and amazing!! Rented my unit online and they sent me the rest of the paperwork pretty quickly. Love that I can email them with questions, comments and they respond and are able to get me the info I need. I was able to do set up before I even arrived onsite! They walked us through how security works, showed us our storage unit and the best access points to get our stuff unloaded and secured in our unit. When I was closing out my unit, I was able to reach out with a notice by email. I was provided a prorated amount with plenty of notice before due. These guys are pretty awesome! I recommend!

  Jessica’s customer service should be studied within the Sahuarita area. She kindly aided me in retrieving my items from my vehicle to help with sizing the exact box I need for shipping. After that was determined, she again provided her help bringing my items back to the vehicle. She was extremely helpful! Thank you!!

  We can't say enough good things about this storage facility and especially the manager, Jessica. Our clients were unexpectedly displaced and needed storage on very short notice. Jessica went above and beyond to make last minute accommodations and took a stressful situation off our shoulders. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made all the difference. It's rare to find someone who truly cares about people the way she does. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for great service and peace of mind. Thank you, Jessica!
