  Max was in a few before we both went. Max was very impressed with the young, but last Saturday he was with other customers. The young lady helping us was so helpful, answered all MY questions and I will give her 5 stars. We both are older and I was in my wheelchair. She was very patient. Max already knew what chair he wanted. A BIG THANK YOU TO BOTH OF THE YOUNG PEOPLE HELPING US.I do have cards, but on my desk👍

  If you are thinking about buying high quality furniture, go see William. Our experience was incredible. He is professional, knowledgeable, and made shopping for furniture easy and fun. We had such an enjoyable experience. Erika and William came to our house and gave great advice and suggestions while listening intently to what we wanted. We can’t recommend the two of them highly enough!

  Completely satisfied with the experience. Our sales person, Cameron, asked all of the right questions to determine what our specific wants and needs were. He put together some options that fit our needs from which we could choose.

  We had a 5 star experience the moment we walked in! Audrey approached us with a big smile and made us feel welcomed on a very hot afternoon. We walked in and sat in a very comfortable loveseat and didn't want to get up. We were there to buy a recliner for me. She got us some cold water and we sat and talked about this fantastic loveseat and our needs and got to know each other. She is very charming, knowledgeable of their products and answered all our questions on the loveseat. She showed us other items to compare with what we were interested in. We went back to the loveseat. I was a little disappointed that the loveseat was short for my long legs. She suggested a special order on a recliner with a longer footrest. I could tell my husband loved the loveseat very much, he was getting very comfortable in it. It has a lot of unique features, power bundle, super unique remotes with fantastic settings and a device holder that we could not find on so many others we had looked at. And it gets you up fast to get to the door when something is delivered. He was the one that said he didn't need a new recliner and he loved the loveseat. I told her I loved it too except for the length. She got up went searching for something, came back with an ottoman on wheels and placed it under my feet that were hanging over. Wow it fit perfectly in all positions and was adaptable as a table too! I was so happy! And comfortable! While she was gone getting the ottoman I was about to cry because this wonderful loveseat wasn't going home with us. That all changed instantly with her insight of what I needed. A long hot afternoon became a cool comfortable afternoon sitting in the loveseat and getting to know it and all it offered with extra cold water and soda for my husband. The only thing missing was our big screen TV. We completed all our paperwork 100% satisfied. Once we got home I was regretting we didn't get the contoured cushion added to the loveseat. I immediately texted her and she said we could add it and she would meet us at the store the next day on her day off and anytime was good. Wow how nice!! We met up she showed us recliners that didn't have the contoured cushion and ones that did and what a difference. We retreated to the loveseat with cold water and comfortably waited for her to change the order and get new sales invoice. Once again Audrey was the best sales associate we've ever had in all our years of shopping for furniture, and we've done alot of new homes in our lifetime we're old 79 and 83. And this was the first time we ever purchased anything from Lazboy. A super relaxing experience!! Thank you Audrey you're the best! Hope to stop by one day to see you again.

  My wife and I had a great shopping experience at La-Z-Boy on Rittenhouse. We worked with Audrey who made things very easy for us in our search for a recliner. We were able to check out all the options that we wanted plus even more that we didn't even know existed. All the chairs we tried were very comfortable and we walked out feeling like we picked the perfect one for us. I normally dislike sales-type scenarios, but we didn't feel like we were being pressured during our visit and it was a fun experience overall getting to sit in all the chairs and check out the options. We would definitely recommend shopping here!
