I bought $300 worth of items on a prepaid card and tried returning it because I wasn't satisfied with 1 item out of 3. They wouldn't accept the 1 item because it was part of a bogo special so I returned all 3 unopened items. The prepaid card I used to buy it was hacked and not tied to an actual bank account. Long story short they wouldn't give me cash back, they wouldn't put it on a different card they put it on the prepaid card that got hacked after I asked not to. The girls were not mean or disrespectful in any way which is why Im giving 2 stars. Lowes needs to do something about their ridiculous return policies or they shouldnt accept a prepaid card to begin with as these cards get hacked frequently.

Zero customer service skills here at this location. Ordered online and received a text stating it was ready. Hooked up a trailer and traveled into town only to find those working at the customer service desk could care less about helping. They forwarded me to some kiosk where I entered my order number then watched a screen for my turn. No one ever came although there were many workers available. I just sat there with no help watching two others in front of me on the screen wait for over 20 minutes for fulfillment. Asked Diane how long it would be and she didnt know or care about it. So I canceled my order and went home.

We have a long story but to keep it short... just go to Home Depot. The headache you're going to get isn't worth it. Ordered over a month ago, truck broke down twice in one day, half of my order didn't show up, it was on the first truck but never made it back to shop... tried for another delivery of same order and they stiffed us.. today they deliver and charge us for the pieces AGAIN, and they are wrong. When I get back, Im loading it all back up and taking back to the store and getting refunded and going to give Home Depot a chance at this. This order was done over a month ago. Its still messed up.

I bought all my appliances from Lowe's last year. I bought my dishwasher, my stove, my microwave and my refrigerator. It was my understanding that I have one year warranty on my refrigerator from Lowe's. The expiration date for my refrigerator is April 2nd. Today is the last day of March. I was told by appliance that there's nothing they could do for me. I received an extended warranty letter from Lowe's, but the appliance guy said that it's most likely fraud, because they don't cover any extended warranty after 6 months. So I'm screwed. Just remind me to never waste my money with Lowe's again! I would highly suggest that for you also.

I’m strictly rating their kids craft program FYI.
My kid loves the monthly kids crafts at both Lowe’s and Home Depot, but Home Depot does it a million times better. At Lowe’s the registration never works so we always go in late and just hope that they’ll magically have extra, none of the employees know where the extras are, and they have literally caused my kid to walk out in tears on multiple occasions - like today…
We tried to register early and it wouldn’t work. We showed up, they told us we HAD to register or couldn’t get anything, and after 5-10 minutes of trying to get it to work, it still wouldn’t work. They finally gave us a craft anyway, and it immediately broke and they wouldn’t replace it. We went to get our bag from the trash can so we could take it home to salvage it, and we found 2 other broken ones in the trash. And maybe this is because the instructions are terrible? There were literally 8 nails and 5 wooden pieces to assemble for STEP ONE. Or maybe the materials are just terrible? The piece that broke felt like a sad mix between cardboard and particle board. Who knows. But Lowe’s, please get your act together or just cancel the program.
