I love this Lowe’s and the staff is always very helpful. But please put a help button at the paint desk. In the evenings no one is ever there and you always have to brother the customer service people who are busy with other customers just to track down the paint person down to come help.

If you buy major appliances from Lowe’s DO NOT have them installed by their installation service. We bought a Bosch dishwasher from them on August 28. As of today, September 24 it is still sitting uninstalled after they made two attempts and sent us to Lowe’s twice for parts. I received an email from Lowe’s that installation is complete! So I guess we have a $1000 dishwasher we can’t use. The people at the store are nice but apparently they have no power over the installation service.
Update: I have tried numerous time to get the installation services to remedy the problem, still waiting, Oct 1. I used the link that you provided and still no help.

I purchased a GE washer and dryer in October 2025 and this morning my dryer wouldn’t start.. I called and spoke a Lowe’s associate and he told me there was nothing he could do to help me and that I had to call GE, that representative ask what was the problem, I told him the dryer wouldn’t start, he said he would mail me out another starter button??? If that doesn’t work then he will send out a tech…but could take weeks…not happy with that answer I called Lowe’s and spoke to a supervisor and was told there was nothing he could do as well… my dryer is under warranty and not even a year old I asked for a new dryer.. and was denied…. I will close my account and never shop here again… poor customer service!!!
