- HRHerman RobertsMay 6, 20261.01. They raised my rent TWICE in less than a year. The SECOND monthly price raise was a 30% PRICE INCREASE. So, they advertise low prices and price gouge you once you have moved your items into storage unit. 2. MASSIVE LEAK AND WATER DAMAGE. My unit was full of moldy items with standing water. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE FRAUDS.
