- SDSuzzi DickMay 7, 20265.0I replaced my dining chairs with the Crosby chairs. I ordered them online for pick up. Karen the floor manager greeted me and paged Dina the store manager to have them pulled to the front of the store. Even though they were the only TWO working the whole store, they were so attentive and helpful and so so friendly. Leo and Dina placed them into my car and off I went. It can’t get any easier. Thank you three so much for the best customer service! Oh, and the chairs look perfect with my black table! I’ve only assembled 2 so far as you can see see on the photo

What is the At Home return policy?
No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
We are unable to accept returns on mattresses.
We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”.
Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
